Job Description

Review, audit and verify all Logistics services providers invoices

Ensure that all Logistics service providers invoices are compliant, correct and complete

Monitor and record all invoice records and ensure KPIs are met

Reject all invoices with missing records and / or incorrect charges and ensure logistics service providers are continuously updated on invoice rejections and status

Ensure proper follow up is done to resolve any disputed invoices on time

Ensure LTC managers approvals are obtained on time

Maintain and update daily, weekly and monthly LTC accounts management reports

Reconcile monthly Logistics Service Providers SOAs

Liaise with Saudi and Dubai Finance Depts and ensure that all Logistics Service Providers invoices are approved on time for payment

Job Requirements

3 years Data entry, record keeping and have experience in auditing shipping & logistics invoices with good speed and accuracy

University Graduate
