Business Development Manager

Primarily a Client Facing role that focuses on building relationships and developing market intelligence from multiple sources with a view to
- Earlier identification of prospects, to enable positioning for pursuit including development of pursuit strategy in conjunction with the respective Country Director of Projects
- Providing insight to client hot buttons and drivers and other market considerations (including competitor analysis) to enhance business acquisition activities for projects.
- Identification of targeted marketing opportunities relevant to the operations and prospects with the particular country market and regionally.
Excellent customer awareness and business development skills within the oil and gas industry. Ability to market EPCI or fabrications services to various clients. Strong Commercial acumen to be able to deal with contractual and financial conditions of bids
Engineering degree preferred.
Minimum 15-20 years experience with at least 5 years gained in business development within the engineering, fabrication and/or marine sectors.
Middle East experience is highly advantages
