Recent Graduates
McDermott offers rewarding opportunities for recent college graduates. We are looking for determined and innovative people to join our team. We realize that college graduates bring excellent skills and ideas to the organization. To help our recent college graduates learn about the industry and excel in their careers we offer various programs and tools. The Global Graduate Development Program (GGDP) is one such program and is designed to assist recent engineering graduates that join our company.
The goal of the GGDP is to provide a foundation of understanding about the various operations and functions within the company and how they interact. In our Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Installation environment, we believe it's important for engineers to be familiar with all other aspects and their interdependence right from the start. Exposure to key business functions through our GGDP enables participants to make informed career-planning choices. The program also supports career growth by providing a pathway to earn professional accreditations. If you are a recent engineering graduate and interested in this program please ask for more information during the interview process.
